We’re thrilled to share the remarkable journey of IDH ALLIANCE, the dedicated team behind the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins franchises. Established in 2006 by James Laskaris and Stephen Attard, our story is one of continuous growth, unwavering commitment, and community service.
From our modest origins in Georgia with only five Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins stores, we’ve steadily evolved while holding onto our core values of quality and customer care.
A noteworthy accomplishment that we take pride in is the opening of the nation’s first Drive Thru-only store, equipped with a convenient Walk-In kiosk ordering system. This innovative approach reflects our dedication to enhancing customer experience.
Throughout the challenges posed by the pandemic, IDH ALLIANCE stood strong. We weathered the storm by not closing our doors, offering uninterrupted service during these tough times. While ensuring the safety of our patrons and staff, we managed to keep our dining rooms open for pick-up orders, providing a safe and convenient option.
Our commitment to innovation continued as we proudly became the first in the nation to reintroduce sit-down dining, after the Pandemic. Allowing our customers to savor their favorite treats in a comfortable setting.
Additionally, our reach expanded beyond our stores. We pioneered the Uber Eats Program in Atlanta, playing a pivotal role in making delivery services a nationwide platform, providing our treats to the doorsteps of countless individuals.
